Q Plant Business Intelligence facilitates the analysis of asphalt mixing plants equipped with various control systems. All operational and production data can be effortlessly visualized at any time. Functions

Dashboards

Key figures of all facilities can be compared and analyzed. For example, production metrics, efficiency, and energy indicators, as well as operational data, can be graphically processed and made available to all employees. The analysis period can be defined individually.

Batch Records

The records provide information on recipe changes, batch duration, and batch sizes in production. Quantity deviations of recipe components are highlighted in the target vs. actual comparisons, taking tolerance values into account. Deviations can be immediately identified through color highlighting.

Data Export

Export data to leverage a wider range of possibilities in existing software solutions, thereby increasing application efficiency. This enables more detailed analysis, customization, and comprehensive integration into existing systems.

Document Management

Display documents from the as1 control system and make them available to all users according to their respective permissions.
