intended for?
Users of our digital solution in their company who are responsible for the planning, execution and production of mixes, in particular mixing masters, plant managers and area managers who are in contact with their customers, accept mix orders and are involved in the production and delivery process.
The customer receives his own individual Q Plant entity for his company to organize and manage the ordering, production, and delivery process. The participant gets to know the work process and the content related to the digital ordering and production platform. He is then able to manage the orders received, optimize mix production, and digitally transmit the delivery information to the customer. He knows all the order and delivery information that the construction companies has sent up to production execution. The participant learns how he can use the information from the different current orders to optimize his production times.
